We offer Group and Online Training. 

 TrainMeFit Group Training sessions are 35/50 minutes in length.  Essentially TrainMeFit Group Training allows you to split the cost of a personal trainer - making it more affordable for you to get fit.  Exercises are chosen specifically to help you lose your excess bodyfat, gain muscle, and get healthier!  Our schedule allows you to train 3 times per week.  By choosing from either a Mon/Wed/Fri (8pm/8pm/6pm) or Tues/Thurs/Fri  (6:15am/6:15am/6pm) schedule you can train at your convenience. TrainMeFit Group Training takes place at our indoor location (170 Bovaird Dr. - inside Brampton Gym Club).  However - if you have a group that needs to get healthy we can come to you!  One of our trainers would be happy to schedule a session at a location of your choice!

What you might see in our garage-style gym: Tire Flipping, Battling Ropes, Resistance Bands, TRX Suspension Trainers, Sledgehammers, and Bodyweight Exercises.

TrainMeFit Online - access to our TrainMeFit Online membership site.  You will be able to access a variety of workout videos, nutritional information and call/email your trainer at any time for help with your specific goals.  Contact trainmefit@gmail.com for more info (meal plan included just for contacting us).

TrainMeFit Personal Training sessions (One-on-One) are 55 minutes in length. The exercises, methods, and equipment will depend on your specific requirements. We are well equipped with a wide variety of equipment, including: stability balls, kettlebells, free weights, resistance bands, and sparring gloves.  Clients are encouraged to make use of their own personal fitness equipment. If required, we will bring equipment with us, at no extra charge to the client.  These sessions can take place in the gym or at a location of your choice (i.e. home or park).

All sessions are dynamic and fast-paced to maximize your time and results. We have a unique variety of specializations and training methods to help you achieve your goals.
