Matt Bradbury (Owner)
Matt attended York University to study Kinesiology and Health Sciences (Hons. B.Kin). In the past Matt worked at a gym as a personal trainer while attending school full time. He has now started TrainMeFit with a sincere interest in helping others live an active life.
With a firm belief that one needs a well-balanced life and that one must not stray too far from it, or life can become out of sync and your health will suffer. You will then have to work even harder to regain your health. Being balanced and healthy is required in order to be successful with the everyday demands of life – Matt’s goal is to help you get there and stay there in a well balanced way.
Currently he is working on his Doctor of Chiropractic degree and will soon open his own wellness clinic.

Lindsay (Head Trainer/Programming)
Lindsay, originally from Vancouver, has recently moved to Toronto to complete her Doctorate in Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Before relocating to Toronto, Lindsay graduated from the University of British Columbia with a BSc in Kinesiology and Health Science; she also became a CSEP Certified Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer. Throughout her undergraduate studies she worked as a personal trainer, rehab assistant and researcher in a variety of exercise settings. These experiences, along with her continuing education as a chiropractic student, provide her with a strong knowledge base that allows her to effectively work with clients who suffer from chronic injuries, post rehab, muscular and postural imbalances, and other physical limitations.
Additionally, Lindsay has extensive experience working in the sports arena. As an elite athlete herself, she spent several years playing soccer in the US on a NCAA Div 1 soccer scholarship. And has since been heavily involved in training and coaching soccer players as well as volleyball, basketball, hockey and wheelchair athletes. Lindsay has a passion for holistic health and wellness and recognizes the importance that ones physical fitness plays in his/her overall health. Thus training with Lindsay is not only fun and innovative but is also highly individualized, functional and focussed on optimizing ones overall wellbeing.
