"Hey everyone thinking about joining “Trainmefit!” When I first joined this amazing group of people for my weekly workouts, I expected it to be..well.. the typical style boot camp you see on tv, you know, the guys with shaved heads screaming “DROP AND GIVE ME 50!” but when I was introduced to Matt I was relieved to see he was just an ordinary guy making life a lot easier with amazing workouts that were designed to help keep you in shape, and most importantly weren’t TOO hard on the body. Now don’t get me wrong, Matt’s work outs were challenging during the class, and of course made me sore the next following days, but it was totally worth it for how great it made me feel about myself in the end. When I first joined boot camp I weighed 125 pounds, but after majority of the sessions I attended (if I wasn’t busy with school or work) I lost a total of 7 pounds and now weigh 118! That’s pretty good for only being able to attend 2 times a week for a month. I would have to say the thing I enjoyed the most about Matt’s class was the fun motivation he used on his participants. It really helped me feel like the workout was enjoyable and I always seemed to look forward to my time spent with the class. Having been through two hip surgeries, I was concerned about mobility and being able to keep up with the rest of the class. But Matt modified the necessary exercises on the spot so I could still participate, at the same time, still managing to keep the rest of the class going. I found out about Trainmefit through a Corporate Promotion at Cassels Brock. I expected to loose some inches around the waist and more important to strengthen my bones .My Doctor told me since two year ago to get into an exercise program because of my Bone Density. "This is a story about a little green dress I found out about TrainMeFit Bootcamp through a corporate promotion at our office (Cassels Brock). I was hoping to lose weight & inches for a special event in August, so I figured starting in June would be a good idea. At first, I was only going to sign up for 6 weeks, but then I got hooked on working out & couldn’t stop. The best thing about the bootcamp – Matt, of course! I mean, who wouldn’t want to please such a cutie All kidding aside, he is a great motivator & is totally in tune with his participants.
