Big,...Big Bootcamp workout

Okay – things are heating up over at www.debsdancestudio.com,
TrainMeFit Bootcamp last night was intense! The one legged squats were ttthheeee TOUGHEST!
The warm-up included some prisoner squats, jumping jacks, and push-ups.
Round 1 – pylon pick up race with 10-8-6 burpess, 10-8-6 jump squats
Round 2 – Overhead Band Squats, side planks, spiderman mountain climbers
Round 3 – 1 leg squats, 1 arm push presses

Round 4 – Alternating Chest Press, Push-ups, 1 arm squat and row
TMF Bootcampers were on FIRE – I haven’t seen a group this motivated…EVER!!!
I gotta head out – Have a great Thursday!
