Big,...Big Bootcamp workout

Okay – things are heating up over at www.debsdancestudio.com,

TrainMeFit Bootcamp last night was intense!  The one legged squats were ttthheeee TOUGHEST!One Legged Pistol Squats

The warm-up included some prisoner squats, jumping jacks, and push-ups.

Round 1 – pylon pick up race with 10-8-6 burpess, 10-8-6 jump squats

Round 2 – Overhead Band Squats, side planks, spiderman mountain climbers

Round 3 – 1 leg squats, 1 arm push presses

One Arm Push Press August 5

Round 4 – Alternating Chest Press, Push-ups, 1 arm squat and row1 Arm Squat and Row

TMF Bootcampers were on FIRE – I haven’t seen a group this motivated…EVER!!!

Thursday Backyard Workout

Thursday morning was awesome - beautiful weather and 25 degrees!

I couldn't say no to a backyard workout.  I've been switching it up lately with some full body workouts.

Here's how it went down:

A1) Walking Kbell Lunges

A2) Assissted Wide-Grip Pull Ups

B1) Romanian Deadlift

B2) Push Press

C1) TRX Low Row

C2) Kbell Power Cleans

C3) TRX Chest Press

35 minutes total - just enough time to get the job done.

Post Workout Snack included blueberries, yogurt, fiber1 cereal and rasberries....mmmm... and some eggs.

I hope everyone's weekend is awesome.  For those of you hitting up Caribanna - Enjoy.

I'm off for the Friday bike ride with Sullee.

Wednesday night intensity...

Tonight's TMF Bootcamp was super fast-paced.

Round 1 -

Push-Pull Combos - 'serious set'July 29 TMF Bootcamp

This was something we'd never done before (awesome challenge)!

Next we had some serious work to do:

Round 2 - (20-10 Tabatas)

A1) High Pull

A2) Jump lunges

4 minute NON STOP Circuit

D1) Prisoner Jump Squats

D2) Walking Circle Plank
